You are right, the Conneaut Lake area and the Meadville area are pretty nice. The only thing about Meadville that makes no sense is the mall that they do nothing with, you're right. I seriously have had no other problems with the Meadville WalMart. Usually they are on top of things, ready to take care of the customer. I only had this one problem with the Portrait Center, and it surprised me so much that is why I posted this here. Other than the Portrait center, the Meadville Walmart is one of the best I've seen!

I've only had a few problems with Walmart film developing. (I've never used the potrait studio). One occasion, it took two days to develop one-hour request. Resolve: I got them for free. 2nd occasion: over-night developing. Recieved pics in one week. (order was lost, but later found. Resolve: 50%off (I could understand it not being free as it was 10 rolls of pics.) Sorry your experience with this has not been better. Makes me wonder why I never have these problems with Walmart. I was at Meadville just two weeks ago for a weekend trip. Conneaut lake is a nice area. Are they ever planning on doing something with the Meadville Mall? Big K is like the only thing there. I was surprised to see Mama Bears up for sale. That place is the best greasyspoon ever. I heard Cutters was up for grabs too. We usually go the meadville area at least twice a year. Conneaut Cellars has some great wine. Take care, Mark

I work for PCA, and would NEVER dream of treating a customer as you have been treated. That is wrong, and whomever that "superviser" was should be fired. I've had situations arise such as this. My film being sent to Arizona (I'm in NH) during the holiday season, and having to call all the customers is as horrifying, frustrating, and irritating for us, as it is for you. However, it is our policy to re-shoot and give the next collection UP (Free) for the inconvience, or refund if that is what the customer wants. I've also been known to give a voucher for the next time they want pictures done, for free, as an apology, on top of the refund or reshoot. (whichever they chose) It is company policy to NOT refund Portrait Smiles club cards, and that should of been explained when it was sold. As far as your refund, you should go to the studio where you had them taken, to get that. Please don't let one bad apple be the judge of the whole. We're not all like that incompetant woman you delt with, and I am very sorry you went through this.
