PEEPCHICK advertising replicas as authentic product at ripoff prices dishonest and violating copy rights and customer rights Brooklyn New York
I purchased handbags and a wallet on website, www.sacbelle.com, where they advertise their products as "100% Authentic and brand new." When the shipment came, they looked neither brand new or authentic.
My husband and I tried to contact the customer service representatives to have my orders refunded or replaced. Most of my calls were not answered, and if they answered, they pretended that they were "call answering service." They also shut down the website and are avoiding calls.
We researched on sacbelle.com and found that Peepchick Corp. is the company runs several websites including sacbelle. They are selling replicas as authentic products at ripoff prices. If I had known that the handbags were replicas, I would have never spent $500-$600 on each bag.
At this point, I have reported to the credit card company, BBB (Better Business Bureau), IC3 (Internet Crime Compaint Center), and the designer companies (Louis Vuitton and Chanel).
