nothing else he can do. I will welcome him in court, as I will be the
Anyone with a key-board, a brain and a pulse could easily find that I do not own any of those penny auction sites.
What does that prove ? thank you again you are showing everyone that i am right.
if having a brain and a pulse will make me blind then i rather be a foreign dead brainless e-detective
There are many reputable penny auction sites out there; unfortunately,
it does not appear that MyLuckyBids is one of them. Their
representative was given a chance to prove that they are legitimate,
but all he did was fix the holes in their script (which we pointed out
and showed them how to fix)
After asking they said you illegally took advantage of the hole,
gathered emails and based on your word emailed 20 customers saying
myluckybids is SCAM!!!!
oh also he told me that his coders fixed the hole and you did not help
in anyway other then taking advantage of the hole and emailing the
customers, am i right that hacking is illegal in USA or they changed
the law recently ? oh forgot am a foreign dead brainless e-detective.
________________________________________________________________________
You are profiling the whole business based on their script this means you are a racist in this matter, oh did i tell you that i just received newsletter from myluckybids owner with link to an interesting article on their website ?
oh let me save you the time http://www.myluckybids.net/page/myluckybids-buys-from-factories-and-not-scam-proves-of-legitimacy
They posted
Invoice of their latest wholesale shipment, L/C ( letter of credit ) for same shipment i think.
proofs that they disabled BOTS, invoice for the dedicated host they are working on now and invoice for the SSL
SSL was registered 09 Mar. 2010
Dedicated started 19 Feb. 2010
___
Again you prove me right, thank you so much and am so glad i was able to put a smile on your face.
one last note : from myluckybids owner he is trying to get your information from all the possible source so if you have nothing to hide reveal your personal information to him, in my opinion this is going to be fun.
May God bless the owner of ripOFFreport,
i can hear you laughing

So, let me get this straight - there are multiple message boards that list the sites that we also have listed, with tons of rave user reviews, yet they're ALL scams and only MyLuckyBids is the epitome of being legitimate?
You can contact each of the listed sites via their web-page if you'd like, but I think you'll find yourself eating crow for at least a month. I don't own any of those sites, and those who DO own them would be offended to know that you're accusing them of being scams when THEY'VE proven that they're legitimate.
There are many reputable penny auction sites out there; unfortunately, it does not appear that MyLuckyBids is one of them. Their representative was given a chance to prove that they are legitimate, but all he did was fix the holes in their script (which we pointed out and showed them how to fix) and get the proper SSL certificate. When he sent three alleged "bidders" from his site over to post reviews, they all sounded suspiciously the same. After asking more questions that he (the rep) refused to answer, we've had no choice but to put MyLuckyBids in our Fraud section.
They can prove us wrong anytime they'd like and we will gladly take them out of our Fraud section and into our Verified section. We need more honest PA sites!
The "scam" is not always that these sites do not send items, but rather that they shill the auctions to drive up the cost so that they make a profit. The fact is, they were still caught shill bidding, and once they were told how we uncovered it, they plugged the holes. THAT certainly doesn't prove their legitimacy.
It's obvious that you don't live in America, because you do not have a good grasp on what is and isn't legal here.
Along with brushing up on American law, you should also brush up on your e-detective skills. Anyone with a key-board, a brain and a pulse could easily find that I do not own any of those penny auction sites.
Kthxbye!
Suuuuuuure. We have not even been open a week. None of the Penny
Auction sites on our site have had 1 new user come in and lose
"hundredth" of dollars since we opened.
Thank you for supporting my case that you are the owner of the other penny auctions and that you are trying to remove competition by blacklisting other reputable honest competitors.

Obviously you are the owner of the first site we busted. Just like a scam site owner, your first recourse is to lie.
Anyone
that reads the thread, and article will see that you were given the
opportunity to prove yourself, and just covered your tracks.

I wish i was the site owner i would have accepted your offer and went to court with you, at least you would go to jail for committing computer crime ( you took advantage of the website hole before they fix it and extracted emails illegally )
problem is am just a user there with just few dollars to spend on winning items with them cause i do win.
if you don`t like my English you can check the report country of origin that can show you why my English is Broken :)

I told you that the more you fight this, the more publicity it will

my brand new site. I really appreciate that help!

So you want the owner of the blacklisted site to surrender to your wrong accusations and close their honest business, thank god myluckybids has users like me to stand up and defend their case.
Thank you ripoffreport if it was not for you non of this would have been possible.
I rest my case for the public to judge :)
Thank you god for helping me defend others and giving me the portal to do so legally and honestly, may god bless honest business like myluckybids for providing me the service to buy hundreds of dollars of merchandise for pennies.
AMEN

Nice try, but you fail again. People are not going to Google us to see if we are telling the truth or not, they can see for themselves based on the facts provided.
I will email you my lawyer's contact information in case you feel froggy and try to sue me for libel. I'd love to walk in the court room with you, and have you leave in shackles.
