Complaint Review: Pentagroup Financial llccollecting For Creditor: Citifinancial Inc. - Asheboro, North Carolina

I got a debt from Pentagroup Fiancial,llc they said the account above (Citifinancial) had not been paid and had been placed with that agency for colection. they said to remit the outstanding balance to there office in a return envelope they had provided. This was rather a substantial amount and the only reason I hadn't paid my husband had left in 2004 I was diagnosed with severe major dpression in june 1987, then in 1988 I was diagnosed as bipolar. In 1992 my doctor diagnosed me with with degenerative disk disease, they had to operate in 1993 cause I couldn't walk. In 2001 I had a knee operation cause my left knee gave out; In Feb. 2004 I was diagnoised with narcolepsy an am on meds for it now

My husband left in Oct. 2004, I had been in the hospital already because of my bipolar and also I had to have my bladder tacted up. I was shocked when my husband left he was also bipolar...when we got together he had two daughters one 10 mons old and one 2 yrs. old I had raised them as my own and already had grandchrildren . So when I went to work one night and came home the next morning he was gone.

God fogive me I had a nervous break down and went into the hospital for 2 weeks, after this my boss at the nc zoo fired me the papers they gave said conduct. that night he said he saw me asleep Lord Jesus knows if he did I don't remember it and I told him besides he already knew I had narcolepsy, I had told him, even showed him my prscription. that night I tried to commit suicide( please forgive me Jesus) cause I thought there was nothing left for me here. So I went for my disability they turned me down and I tried to go back to work.

In 2006 my psychiatrist put me out of work, said it was just too stressfull, got me a lawyer and in april I had my hearing. Last week they called and told me I had me disability...today they called and said they would send me some money to pay bills with cause I am brokeand they would send the settlement later. Like a stupid jerk I called the 800 no# on the bill this company sent me and was going to try to pay them some since I felt that Jesus had been so good to me.

A lady named blanca talked to meand she gave me a no# incase we were she said disconnected, which we were right off, the no# wasn't the same as on th e bill I recieved itwas1- 8009975322. Still an idiot I called back she answered and said hold and then a very dep throated man came on the phone and for some reason I knew I was in trouble. he said yes and I said yes, he said did I have a debt showing what I owed , I said I'm sorry what did you say, he repeated it and told me what I owed and asked if I was going to pay it and Isaid no not all of it he said people can't do that I said I've been out of work trying to expain about disability, he said do you think these people just give money to turnips, I said I guess they gave money to this turnip. He said funny, I couldn't get a word in.

I said I thin k I'd better call my lawyer he said yes and tell me your lawyers name and by the way Iwant you to know my name. he started to tell me and I said I tell you who I am Iamm a disabled bipolar person, I'll give you name of my pshchiatrist, he said no I want the name of your lawyer I hung up on him... I still don't know hiss name..I might be in jail tommorow...Thank you anyway for listening!!!
