To start off "Francine" called our home at about 9pm- while we're trying to put our 7 month old daughter to sleep. I ask my husband for the phone to inform Francine she cannot call after 8pm and to inform her that we haven't held a balance with Nextel for some time now. Her first responce is YELLING and saying "And who the hell says I can't call after 8pm!" I told her the law.

She starts YELLING at me -I couldn't even yell back except to say she has horrible CSR (customer service representation) and I was telling her to get her Super on the phone when she tells me she doesn't have to and I say to her she will and I'll make sure she's fired.

Then I ask her name again after a ten minute argument and her screaming at me that I'm married to someone who owes bills (uhhh hello, everyone pretty much has bills, even her) - anyway she said she doesn't have to tell me her name and finally she yells to me to listen to the music as she puts me on hold! I got impatient, called back, got "Luis" apparently goes by louie.

He answered the phone weird, I started getting on him wanting to know his title and he interuppts me and says "She was just calling to clear up (my husbands name) account. " And I said her name was Francine, and I said obviously you know what happened, and he tells me "Oh I just know his name because I put him on caller ID" - yeah....right. Anyway he tries to convince me I didn't speak to Francine and after everything I said to him he said He can't help me because there's over 150 people there yada yada yada, so I wanted to know who's over him - he said nobody- I said I wan't to know what companys Heads youd headquarters or who is the owner/CEO/President.

He then informed me that "I'm the highest person you'll ever get" and hangs up on me. I call him back, I ask him the name of the company, but he wouldn't even give me anything else- I even told him he should apologize on behalf of his staff and that the rude behavior shouldn't have never happened. However he said " I can't."

WHAT an idiot, and STILL he persisted after acting so uncooth, to want to clear up a balance that was already settled! However, they won't mail anything because "We have recieved prior notice and they can't send a balance twice" well then, Mr. Jack@$$- you just won't get paid.

First thing tomorrow, Further action WILL be taken. Laugh all you want. I won't settle until the highest man has heard.
