I've been wanting a credit card for a while and since Christmas is almost here, I was looking into different credit cards. I went to the mail this afternoon and received "Consumer First" guaranteed approval for a credit limit of $5,000 and a 12-month 0% APR. I was so excited. After I read the letter, I felt something didn't seem right. There was no phone number, no e-mail adress like most credit cards do and so I decided to look up more information on my internet and this is what I found out. Robert Stevens is the signature on the bottom of the letter and adress is in Tampa Florida. The only thing is that the name of Company says: Consumer First Platinum Card, not Peoples Credit First. So here I am thinking are these the same people and if so, they are doing wrong and I'm so glad that I am not sending them the $49 and I will not be one of their victims. Unfortunatley, I wish I could say the same for the rest of ya.
