The aimi single bed was ordered on 14th of August and delivered on 28th August with low quality so the carpenter didn't assemble it properly i was not there at that time I am out of Station. We assumed it will be replaced or return the product .However the customer care executive told me we cant exchange the product even i asked them to place something which gets delivered sooner they are not ready to do that. i even ask them to not to refund just put that money in wallet.I am a fairly regular customer of pepperfry and find their attitude pretty unprofessional in not agreeing to my return request.pepperfry forced me to file fir against and for legal notice which i have issued.
