Perennial Care UCA A lady by the name Roberta called from 888 725 0337 ext 714 offering me a quote for a health medical coverage charged my credit card $339.00 Internet
After searching for an insurance coverage on line had some lady contacted me went over in detail on a coverage type after providing me with a detail coverage and monthly payment of $239.00 per month I founded it very good. She then proceeded to tell me there was a $99.00 fee for initial time just a one time only. Therefore charged my credit card $ 339.00 stated will email me all information and I'll be able to log in to get copy and print my card till I receive the original by mail. I tried to log in did not go thru till I realize it was a sacamm....
