Perennial Care UGA, CHUBBS, Multi-Plan The rep's name was Danny Schoenberg, he told me from the get to, THIS IS HEALTH INSURANCE. His # is 844-263-8685 X-677. I was supposed to get a membership packet in the mail 7 days after I enrolled, NEVER RECEIVED IT. Nationwide
The rep's name was Danny Schoenberg, he told me from the get go, THIS IS HEALTH INSURANCE. His # is 844-263-8685 X-677. I was supposed to get a membership packet in the mail 7 days after I enrolled, NEVER RECEIVED IT. I was billed for $277. 997 for the "health insurance part" then $41.97 for dental and $39.97 for prescriptions. I was supposed to go in for an injection in my back on 8/22 but when the Dr's office called for the Health insurance card info, I gave to her, she said was NOT in their system. She transferred me to billing, the procedure was to cost over $4,000. The insurance was to cover only $75 of that, twice a year. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR S***.

Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved. We strive to exceed expectations with our customers. As a policy and in practice, The UCA is committed to addressing and resolving all issues.
For your understanding, association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. Members are emailed a fulfillment email outlining the log on process to view their membership materials immediately upon joining the association. They are informed during the enrollment process that the insurance benefits included in the association membership are not Major Medical. Association members also have a 30-day cancellation period during which members may call and cancel and receive a full refund.
Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855)556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution.
