Start of the month before a business trip, I purchased Medical Insurance.  I got a call from Perennial Insurance company broker or agent..

Plan sounded great, I was getting medical insurance for my family and I.

I get back from my business trip and I see that my Medical Benefits card.. says in BOLD lettering. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL INSURANCE..

AHH>> Had I known that, I would not have agreed to get it.

I called about 30 minutes ago to cancel, they said they were recording the call as I was cancelling, We would get an email in return confirming our cancellation.

Now I am on hold with the other side of insurance, being dental and still.. no waiting..

DId not get any email. confirmation of anything.
