After calling me and claiming to be associated with marketcare,gov they charged my debit card continuing to charging without my consent. $189.95 plus fees I knew nothing about, dring my account and still calling me andsending me letters saying I owe themmoney,  I called the number they gave andcancelled but apparently that meant nothing because theycontinue to harrass me.  When I went on their website I couldn't  find any doctors or dentist and thats when I knewthere company was a fraud.  Charge me 189.95 and a 99.00 Fee for no reason and still trying to get money from my canceled card because the bank said its been commpromised, I would have left them alone, if they would have left me alone.

Unified Caring Association (UCA) is dedicated to total client satisfaction and we deeply regret that you do not feel that you received the appropriate service.  Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved.  We strive to exceed expectations with our customers.  As a policy and in practice, The UCA is committed to addressing and resolving all issues.

For your understanding, association memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits. Members are emailed a fulfillment email outlining the log on process to view their membership materials immediately upon joining the association. Association members have a 30-day cancellation period during which members may call and cancel and receive a full refund.  Your account was refunded in full and no additional payment have been withdrawn.

Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855)556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution.
