I received an e-mail from mypoints.com for a space shuttle columbia dollar for 19.85 plus 9.90 shipping= 29.85. I paid by online check. The money was taken out of my account, but no coin received.
I contacted them through the address I had (
[email protected]) They returned a message saying the shipment was put on hold because of a problem with the e-check. The money was removed from my account 10 days prior.
I found a phone number for them on my bank statement. When I called they told me they were just the billing department and that my check had cleared fine. They did not know what the problem could be and gave me another number. The number was no good! I tried sending more emails to both addresses I have (support@ and
[email protected]) Both emails were returned as failures.
