After reading all these complaints I wish I would have read them before I worked for this creep. On August 21, 2009 I worked a wedding for him and have not been paid and he avoids my emails and calls now. I have added late fees and they still haven't responded. They are scammers. The photobooth they sent me was broken. I had to use some of my own equipment just to cover my butt. I was ashamed of the product that I was producing at the wedding. I was honest and never bad mouthed the company to the customer, but I will NEVER EVER recommend this scammer to anyone.
They have over 50 compaints filed on the BBB of North Carolina where they are located. I hope the people of Charlotte read this and the many others and never use him for anything. A person like this deserves to be in jail. His name is Rolland Elliott by the way or Perfect Portraits, whichever name he uses to scam the people. He has probably had to change it because of so many complaints.
Please, no one use this scammer ever again and put him out of business!!!
