Performance Golf Zone EZ to buy, VERY difficult to cancel/ Fort Lauderdale Florida
It seems like the new way of marketing is to sell you something cheap on a monthly subscription but make it harder than giving a haircut over the phone to cancel. This company is the poster child of that exact "business" approach. You can sign up on line, give your cc and allow them to charge you each month but just try to cancel.
There is no place on line to cancel. The online chat says they can't do it for "security reasons"...REALLY? I can't imagine what "security" issues there would be in cancelling something as life sustaining as an on=line golf training. So they ask you to call a number to cancel. Guess what? They don't answer. It goes right to voice mail and they say they will call you back. Maybe they figure you will tire of jumping trough hoops and get tired of waiting and just keep letting them ding your cc each month.

Whenever someone reaches out to cancel we immediately cancel. If we have concerns around their account we ask them to call in, but they are cancelled immediately upon email receipt.
