perfumebff-------- bff BFF received all (5) counterfeit & defective perfumes & (2) defective perfumes all sent back for a refund per their e mail they received 9/28/15 as of now no refund issued. have all paper work. NEW ROCHELLE,NEW YORK InternetNEW YOR
ordered mens and womens perfume 3 difference times days apart ,i checked the orders out a short time after receiving them 1 item was defective they replaced it,the replacement came in that also was defective ,another order came in 1 item of that order was defective that is when i found out the rest of the items were countergeit and they were also defective,e mailed many times,keep getting the round ,they e mailed me and said send merchandise back they will issue a refund ,they received items back (7) total 9/28/15 signed for as of now i have not received a refund ( $591.93) total payed with pay pal M/C.have contacted pay pal.i have all paper work from them and delivery information tracking # signed for package and their e mails
