Thank you very much for your business. We value every single customer and this is why I decided to write here. Before I start I want to mention one more time that you can return your purchase to us at no cost. Our customer service already sent you prepaid authorization number. My investigation found that you initiated conversation with us on July.1 4:10 AM PST time. Our customer service representative responded to your query at 9:30 AM PST on the same day. Your second query was at 9:55 AM and our CSR responded at 10:00 AM saying that he will investigate this matter furher. This is just 5 min. respond time. At 11:24 AM on the same date we sent you Prepaid Return Authorization Label. This is all happening on the same day!!!Please note that we have one of the best customer service with excellent respond time. At 1:00PM on the same day I received email from Rip Off report and few other sites that somebody filed report against us. It is surprising to see that somebody filled claim so fast, even thought he recieved so quick responses and explanation that investigation is initiated!Please note that we ca not continue our investigation before we recieve the product back. So it is unethical to write against our company before we have some evidence on our hands. I hope this is not setup from some of our competitors to slow our fast growing company. We have the best prices on the brands you love. Our customers love us. And this can be seen by the many positive reviews on the internet.
