Do Not give Perry Lap money! Perry Lap is the owner of MasterCraft Services and CGC Home Inspections in Jupiter, Florida.Perry Lap will steal from you if he can! Beware Perry Lap. He is a total con man, and good at it. He ripped me off and fortunatly I recovered. One person he swindeled out of $1,000,000. In several cases he ruined peoples lives, just because they trusted him.
Perry Lap uses Mastercraft services especially, and I presume CGC Home Inspections as tools to steal from people. Perry Lap has offices in Jupiter, Florida, and uses his consrtuction liscense as a lisscence to steal. He will give you fraudelent lien releases. He will tell you there are problems when there are not. He will charge you, or get other peoplr to charge you for things they shouldn't. He will steal your money anyway he can.
Be careful! Perry Lap is a con man, and he is very good at it. He will make you think he is the nicest guy in the world...your best friend...all while he is screwing you in ways you could never even imagine. Perry Lap is dishonest, and very good at being dishonest.
Remember:
Do not give Perry Lap any of your money!

Hello, I used Perry Laps servcies 6 years ago when we bought our home in Jupiter after being given his name buy a friend who had used his company.
We found him professional and extremly knowledgeable. We had a new build home and Perry did the walk through for us and picked up on things we would have missed. And yes this was a brand new home built by a reputible contractor.
We are nearing completion on our new home on Jupiter Farms and I was searching for Perry's details when I saw this report and just felt I had to say something.
I am amazed Mr Lap has not sued anyone for these accusations. What proof does your company have of this persons claim they were ripped off? I would hope Rip Off report substantiated the allegations before printing as things like this could ruin someones business.
I just felt I should add my comment to such bad publicity.
