Personal Credit Service The company stoled $160 from me by providing me a list of lenders and told me that I was guaranteed a loan of $6000 no matter what my credit score was like which was a lie. East Islip New York
Words cannot discribe how angry I am right now with Personal Credit Services. The company charged my bank account $160 and provided me a list of lenders which I could have applied to on my own, and told me that I was guaranteed a loan of $6000 no matter what my credit score was like. The Lenders that Personal Credit Services provided to me, I could have applied for on my own; Infact, I have an account with Washington Mutual and Citi Bank. I did not apply to these lenders because I know my credit score was not good enough to qualify for a loan. The company told me that I would be approved for $6000. I applied to 3 of the lenders that Personal Credit Services emailed to me and got denied by all three. The company said that I have to apply to all 10 lenders before I can get my refund back which makes no sense because I don't understand why I should apply for something that I know I am not goning to be approved for. Furthrmore, I don't know why I should have to apply for something that is going to affect my credit even more that it is affected right now. I need know what legal actions I can take to get my $160 back. I really don't care about the court fees that I will have to pay to take this company to court. My main purpose is to let this company know that they cannot take advantage of people.
