Pete Richmire dba: Discount Spas NW. This guy cashes checks or takes money but never delivers the hot tub. He is also known to sell the same hot tub to several people as happened to me. He promises to pay the money back but doesn't. He operates all over the Seattle Tacoma area. He also moves frequently. As of 4/23/2004 he is currently being investigated by the Tacoma Police Department. He just plead guilty to the same scam in 2/2004 doing the same thing.
