I own a small commercial building in Ithica. I found this loser online and he came out to my building and gave me a really low bid on asphalting our building. After months of him hounding me I finally gave him a chance to get started. He needed a modest 50k deposit for our 300,000 $ job. The sad truth is he took off with the deposit..
Alas I have filed a report with every agency in NY and hope to get his licence revoked. I have also filed a bond with his insurance company and will try to get my money back that way. Thanks for a waste of time and money Pete I hope Ithica board of contractors catch up to you soon.
