Petra Mexican Bistro Corrupt, Poor Company BEWARE MCKINNEY, Texas
I have worked at Petra Mexican Bistro in McKinney in mid 2012 and was physically, emotionally harassed by this company. Not to mention they were sued also http://cijspub.co.collin.tx.us/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseID=509077
The manager told me if I said anything about the Lawsuit that I would lose my job. Well after 6 months of being fired I am finally writing this report along with help of another former co worker . Both he and I saw things at this establishment that disgusted us. The cooks use their dirty hands to hand the food and if a order is wrong they re use every possible thing on the plate.
Cooks order pizza from little caesars across the street and , blow their noses and don't wash their hands. Salsa is re used and re used and re used! Lemonade is NOT made fresh . (((redacted))) is a more established mexican restaurant promising Food With Integrity. This place "Fresh" trust me you wanna talk about UNSANITARY> BEWARE DONT EAT HERE.
Poor Management and the owners will reply with some dumb comment like the threatened me not to tell. Please eat at (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((redacted))). Dont waste your money.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
