Company sales reps. make false claims of higher % of saving on medical care then members guide allows. Claimed that I would receive up to 80% discount on medical care. Member guide say that a person will only receive 20 to 40% discount on medical care.

Claims higher then allowed hospitalization coverage.

Claims up to 80% coverage on phone during sign up.

10 to 30% allowed in members guide.

With these claims a person will most likely sign up even after being informed that the sign up fee is non-refundable.

When speaking on phone about cancellation of membership.

Reps. Claim that the cancellation was never requested.

Then company takes money from accounts after request of cancellation.

Offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on your entire first monthly payment.

All CAREINGTON employees and agents are well trained in the percentage ranges they can use. CAREington tracks member service conversations and constantly review and monitor members service calls. All ranges are printed on any marketing material we send out and are easily accessed by consumers before purchase. The consumer can go to Careington.com for ranges on all products offered through CAREINGTON plus all enrollment materials, that consumers can request be sent to them. On all calls, marketing material and enrollment forms our cancellation policy is detailed. We must have a written request for cancellation and refund. Upon receipt of cancel notice we will process the cancel and issue any refunds that might be rightfully owed as spelled out in our cancellation policy (included with enrollment packet). We regret that you had a bad experience with Physicians Health Group plan.
