Phenix Salons Suites Jason Rivera Kellie haring Refusal to pay for improvements to suites, Never received any money for materials, Cost me $3500+, Scam Sacramento California
I was hired by Kellie Haring to make improvements to Phenix Salon Suites and after paying out over $1800.00 in supplies and $1300.00 in labor I never received any payment.
I contacted Jason Rivera and he claims that this location is not a corprate store even though Kellie is a corprate employee.
It has been over 2 1/2 months no payment to me has been made .
Do not work or rent from Phenix Salon Suites unless you want to get burned . I'm having to sue them for my money and while my bills go unpaid they do business as usual.

Todd Roman represented himself as a licensed contractor however he is not licensed. Judging by the quality of his work and the time it took him to walk away from an incomplete a job I can't imagine that he has ever held a contractors license. When Todd Roman could locate his phone he would call and say he was on his way in but wouldn't show up, then wouldn't call for days, then he would show up in the afternoon and walk around and waste time and maybe work a little. On one occasion he scheduled himself to work through the night because water had to be turned off for the job he was working on. Keep in mind this is a hair salon and running water is a necessity. Todd supposedly worked through the night and yet the following day at noon he had the water turned off and a stylist had her clients hair with chemicals in it that needed to be rinsed immediately. The exact situation Todd working through the night was supposed to alleviate. I was not responsible for vendor payments so I don't know why my name is included in Todd Romans complaint. I did work for a Phenix corporation but not the one Todd Roman sent vulgar emails about me to. Todd Roman went so far as to say I came on to him and he rejected me and that's why I told corporate not to pay him! 100% not true. I forwarded Todd's invoices to corporate just like everyone else's. I had no say on who got paid, Todd Roman was just trying to extort money from whoever he could. He even said he was sending someone to come after me for the money he felt was due him. If I did have a say on Todd Roman being paid it certainly would have been at a much lower amount than he charged for a job he left unfinished and had the nerve to submit a bil for!
