 My opinion Phillips roofing has not paid off his 2 judgement and has sent fake letter proving myself and lawyer that payoff what owed little over $14,000 right now by June 2020 it will be $15,000.

No joke my opinion My opinion any question contact lawyers office.  Pay your bill you have the funds done nothing to pay your bill and courts took few years to get Guilty verdict that you were absenced.
