The seller has two MAJOR discrepancies in his listings. First, he indicated FREE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING and secondly, the phone is FAR FROM EXCELLENT condition. I have compiled a list of SEVERAL other used cellphones with stated condition as excellent and the phone I received LATE clearly falls into the FAIR and POOR category.

Please find the following items to prove my point that the item was NOT AS DESCRIBED. Most sellers/buyers of used cellular phone include a ratings scale to convey the handset's condition to the buyer. The term EXCELLENT has been reserved in describing phones that are near new condition (see charts below). In addition, I typed in Used Cellphone Excellent Condition and listing the top five results as seen below. In the results, you will find within the title and the description, NOT ONE PHONE SOLD with use of the term Excellent have any signs of Drop Scratches and LCD Screen Scratches.

The phone I purchased has MAJOR scratched and dropped nicks. In addition, the rubber stopper to protect the phone's internal components is completely ripped off the phone and missing (As seen in image). I have compared 10 different phones online and the average price DROP from Excellent to Fair condition was more than 50%. By combining the 50% less drop in price, the difference in shipping methods $7.96 cents, added to the value I can sell the phone to phoneiscash.com, phones4charity.com, and buymytronics.com, the phone is worth between $1.00 and $13.50. I want a refund of $29.45. This will keep me from filing any further complaints with State agencies, online agencies, ebay, and paypal. Kevin Luxon
