Phonelinx aka Globalinx rip-off McLean Virginia
A bogus charge showed up on my credit card bill using the credit card information that I gave when ordering cookbooks from another company, the Good Cook. I was ordering in exchange for free internet service from Access4free.
I called Phonelinx as soon as I found the charges. They said it would be 1 to 2 billing cycles before my $49.95 would be refunded.They even appoligized for any inconvience.
It has been well over 3 months and no credit. I have tried calling and cannot get through on the customer service number or no response by mail.
I am pleading with you to help me get my refund for the service I NEVER ordered and please be aware that they are doing this with the information that was given which should have been a secure way to order.
Please help me in anyway. I really cannot afford to have my money taken from me like this. As many others we live paycheck to paycheck!
