I have been searching fervently for some information about my inability to access photopoint. I had almost 1000 band pictures loaded into various albums, and band students regularly visited the site to catch the latest. (I fortunately kept all disks, so the pictures are not permanently lost, but I did not edit all on disks.) I paid $19.95 in June, 2001, for my membership, and am thus due a refund of $11.65. Is there no recourse for those of us who were left in the cold? Can any company perpetrate this sort of fraud? This is one time that I am willing to sue, even though I have avoided such action in the past. What am I supposed to do now, reload all those pictures into another album, perhaps to have that company fold? This is a real slap in the face for me and for the band students who enjoyed the access to my albums. There is no justice in this situation!!!
