I ordered the Spanish I CD from this company and later received another set of Spanish CDs that I did not order. After sending them an email requested that a call tag be issued to pick up the 2nd set of CDs I was billed $69.12 on 7/1/2011 and $69.12 again on 7/31/2011. The call tag was never delivered. I'm in the middle of haggling to try to correct this whole mess. If you're interested in Pimsleur material, make sure to get it from the publisher direct--NOT from pimsleurapproach.com or any of their other web sites.
