Pinellas Computers Ripoff Sells computers through the mailthey accept money but never deliver Palm Harbor Florida
Pinellas computers has a nice website, and sells computers online and through ebay. After I purchased a computer by sending a personal check through the mail to them, they cashed the check, and they disconnected their 1800 number, and removed their index page from the server for their website, The do not respond to emails, and do not answer any of their phone numbers or emails. I did get someone on the phone from tech support, and I discovered through the conversation that the "company" is just some guy who builds computers at his house (James Cardenas, Wife Erika Cardenas) and some lady named Kim E Schwartz is the person who payed for the website, and she is incharge of answering the phone, and shipping the computers. Very shady! Also I have found through my research that this company has screwed several other people by not even shipping product, or shipping broken product, of course they never forget to cash the checks! I have filed with the better business bureau (they wont have any effect though) I have also filed Mail fraud (what they do is actually a federal offense) and I am going to go after them in small claims court for my money and hassle pay.
