Pinnacle Roofing, Inc. of GA and FL NationalStorm Management Terry Kiefer owner of Pinnacle Roofing Inc in Alpharetta GA and Chatou Roofin in Denver, CO defrauds by contracting and collecting money to replace/repair roof and then dissapears Alpharetta, Georgia
Pinnacle Roofing Company of Alpharetta, GA aka National Storm Managment aka Chateau Roofing of Denver, CO aka Terry Keifer owner of all of the above mentioned, aka Scott Knoll Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Roofing Company and National Storm Management.
There are over 20 people I know of whose money Pinnacle Roofing Company has collected for roof replacement or repairs and then have dissapeared. Our roof is actively leaking in several places and is in a need of repair after hail damage. I have a signed contract which they have not honored and they have over $9,500 of my money for the roof replacement which has not been done. Ed Hill who was their customer service representative is no longer employed there, the roof has not been replaced and nobody from the company will respond to my telephone calls, emails or letters.
I contacted Channel 2 News yesterday and they run the story today. I have also contacted a news channel in Denver CO to assure that more people are not defrauded there as well.
If you have been defrauded by Pinnacle Roofing Inc you may not know that they are being investigated for fraud.

I am curious about this report. Is it common practice to post false information here? It says the company is owned by a guy named Terry Keifer. This is not correct, Phil Coutu is the owner of Chateau and always has been.
I know Mr. Keifer has done some work with Phil in the sales arena and has done a good job to date. Phil has built a quality company with an A+ BBB rating and great references. I find the original report to be damaging to his reputation (business and personal).
While I feel bad for whomever had problems in Georgia, that gives no one the right to damage the reputation of a man who has worked his whole career to be above reproach. Personally, I am going to recommend he contact an attorney to discuss possible legal action for slander and libel.
I am disheartened that this could even be reported, because obviously, no one bothered to check the facts about Chateau prior to submiting this mess. Hopefully, this report can be redacted to report the proper info. I am attaching the link to the BBB so that anyone with questions can check them out or contact them with questions.
