The lasers have apparently gone bad on my CMX-3000 (it's only 5 years old) so I took it to a local Pioneer Service center to have it repaired. A week after ordering the lasers and not having received them, the local repair center followed up, to discover they were backordered. I explained to the local repair center this CD player is for my nightclub, and I really need to have it back in my club. The local repair center has called Pioneer multiple times, only to be placed on hold for 45 minutes each and every time, until the repair center gives up and terminates the call. On my own, I E-mailed Pioneer Customer service to get a status on the lasers, and they never bothered to respond. This is a p*** poor way to run a company.
