PIPELINE DATA is also our processor and they also took $150 directly from our account on 12/19/2008 without any notice or warning. In our case, we did not receive a letter or an email and when asked for copies, we were sent a generic, undated letter without our name on it. Yet, they consider it a fair warning! When called their customer support (if you can call it that), they were so unreasonable, rude, and unresponsive that I am amazed what is keeping them in business? Fortunately for us, we called Paynet System that sold us the account (it looks like they are the reseller company for PIPELINE DATA). Their sales team were amazed at out story and promised to take care of it. They called us back in less than an hour and told us that charge does not apply to us and it will be reveresed (has not happened yet, but much better than PIPELINE DATA's response of 'go to hell'). I will post an update if/when we get refunded. I did researched Paynet System and found nothing bad on them, however, I wish I knew about PIPELINE DATA before we signed a six month contract. Last time I checked we were in a free market economy. As consumers, our best response it to take our business somewhere else. From a Merchant new to this game, S.D., Maryland
