Pizza Hut ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Columbus Ohio
My family orders pizza aproximately once per week. Most of the time it is from Pizza Hut. We received an offer for cheaper pizza if we used their website for ordering. Upon using their website we have encountered the following issues on almost ever occasion.
The price that the website gives you is different from what the driver is requesting at the door. At first we thought the driver was marking the price up to gain additional money for their tip but it turns out it is the company.
When you place your order via email at Pizzhut.com, Pizz Hut sends you an email confirming your order and it includes your price. Now, whenever we order from Pizza Hut we print off the email received and give it to the driver at the door.
We have contacted the local delivery store, the customer service hotline, the corporate office and emailed them via their website. The only response we receive is a thanks you for your comments. I would really like the company to either fix their website or call, write or something.
As you probably can imagine this gets very old, trying to explain the price difference to a delivery driver. Our pizza has gotten cold everytime we have to go through this. We have decided to not order from Pizza Hut again.
