As soon as I filed my report with RipOffReport, placesetting.com responded positively, saying they would resolve the issue. Soon after that I received the shipping information. Well, today the package arrived. It is exactly what I ordered oh so many months ago (6 months!). I feel ever so much better. After all the emails, the phone calls, the BBB, all it took was RipOffReport. THANK YOU!!

After going around and around with placesettings.com for months I got shipment details within a few days of filing my ripoff report! This is truly amazing! I was not able to reach these folks on the phone several times...even got a recording that the line was disconnected one day! Even though they did not answer my e-mails, they responded to the Ripoff Report almost immediately. I have learned my lesson though. From now on I will make sure the .com merchant is listed with the BBB before I send them my credit card information! Hopefully the shipment will arrive in great condition and I will be able to put this frustrating episode behind me!!!
