Planet 316 Website does not work
I opened an account at Planet 316 (https://planet316.com) on Saturday, December 13, 2014 On the same day, I purchased "King Solomon's Word Challenge" software from the website.
I paid $14.99 and was given the download link: kswcSetup-01-00.exe The download link no longer works. Their "Contact Us" form no longer works. Their website is still up.
One can purchase software but there is no delivery nor customer service. Can this be fixed?
Can you please help? Any suggestions?
