I won money playing at Planet casinos web site on June 1st. $ 1000.00. I did use my credit card for depositing on June 6th they sent me an email saying it was processed and would take up to 10 business days.
On June 18th i went online and chatted with their agent and was told it was processed and should be in my account anyday. Also chatted with them June 18th, told it was processed, June 20th told same thing.
June 22nd Marilyn, the agent told me check in my account in an hour, on june 24th i went back on line to chat and an agent told me check it was processed. June 25th an agent told me it would be there friday.
On June 28th when the money wasnt there Jennifer the agent told me i had to send them my bank statement and if i didnt, i wouldnt get my money... ( I have all the chats in my email, I copied them)
I checked back this week everyday they have lied. i asked them for a wire confirmation number, they will not give it to me. I think this company is fraud and they are taking peoples money and not paying it when they win.
I want my money and i want the 500 extra dollars i spent in their casino in the last 2 previous months. Can you please help?

Its been since June 1st. I finally received an email saying my banking details were invalid after 2 months, which is not correct because i won there twice in March and April. They asked me to resubmit. I waited over a week and contacted them as i did not receive any money. They then emailed me saying the bank details were incorrect again. they then said they would send me a cash card ( credit card) with my winnings on it and i can withdraw the money at any bank. it was sent out last week, but they do not have a trackign number ? They told me to contact them in a few days for the tracking number. i asked where the card is coming from they said Singapore.
Now i am scared if i do receive this e card, as they call it, it will be fraudulent.
The casino Planet casino, is closing. this is advertised on their website, i am afraid i will not get this money at all. A lot of time spent and they just keep lying to me and keeping my winnings, makes you wonder why they are closing.
Just wanted to update and warn any people who want to play on line, be careful.

After waiting over 50 days for my winnings which i never , they now tell me it was paid to meafter proving to them by sending in my bank statements for June and July they now tell me it was paid to me.
They just asked for my May statement...???
I said absolutely not, i won on June 1st.
I see i will not get my money. They will keep my winnings. This has been long and frustrating for nothing. Very sad.

I have called and chatted everyday for over 40 days, theres always an excuse. they wanted my bank statements yesterday and said i would get an answer today.
Now today they say call back in 48 hours ( that will be friday and the finance team will be gone).
I really need my 1000.00 dollars i won since june 5th. I am upset and hurt and cant believe this happened.

I still havent received my 1000.00 from june 1st. Now i was asked to send inmy bank statement again.
They are now moving sites, their new casinos are Casino Grand Bay, Lucky creek, Big Dollar Casino and Black Lotus.
I am afraid i wont get my money. Just wanted to update this complaint.
