Planet Supermarket Company advertised on Facebook and I purchased a Rechargeable MINI Wood Cutting Chainsaw - STANDARD MINI HANDSAW / US / 1 for $29.99. They took my money and sent me a hand-held folding saw instead. New York NY
I ordered a rechargeable mini chainsaw and it took over a month for me to receive it. When I did receive it, it was not what I ordered, it was a hand-held fold up saw that I could have bought for much less, probably for $10 or so. They originally responded to my email but once I told them I had received the fold up hand saw, that was the end of it, even though I offered to return it in exchange for the item I ordered. Do not do business with this company. It's a scam. I intend to report the company to the BBB. Buyer beware.
