ordered a  small amount of mephedrone (plant feed) from seller,,chose special next day delivery option,,product was not sent,,is now ignoring all my emails,,this guy/girl has a facebook page ,,twitter and myspace,and looks all professional,,but i strongly advise not to order anthing off this establishment,,uses alertpay as payment option which i now know is notoriously used by rip off merchants,,plant-food.net is very slippery company who have no qualms taking your hard earned cash,,beware

If the user that filed this report would please get in touch with us at [email protected] or at http://www.plant-food.net/contact-us/ and supply us with their Alert Pay reference number then we would be more than happy to refund the users cost and offer a free gram with their next order!

We think that this report is an obvious HOAX and an attack at our company from a weaker competitor. The user has pointed out all of our marketing methods through social networking sites, and not actually detailed any of the actual the problem of their specific order. They have not stated any details of the order, the amount of the order, or any other issues apart from write:

"product was not sent,,is now ignoring all my emails"

We cannot simply "not post orders" otherwise Alert Pay would ban our account over just one simple complaint, in turn we would lose all of our business though Alert Pay, and our payment processor - in turn not allowing us to take payments on our website!

Additionally the user has put that he is from the United States, and we clearly state on our site we do not ship to the United States any orders that have been paid for from residents of the United States of America have been immediately refunded (this has happend 4 times and all users were 100% refunded and delighted with the quick response and acknowledgement of our shipping guidelines).

Additionally after checking all our logged orders no user by the name of "David J" has every placed an order at plant-food.net or any user name going by the name "kittsgreen". At Plant-Food.net we understand the importance of and privacy on plant food orders and endeavour to keep our customers 100% happy.

We have obviously been very busy over the Christmas and New Year period and any slightly delayed orders (due to royal mail and the new year rush) where acknowledged right away and given an extra gram of plant food for their troubles!

We have a full tracking system in place and no one has ever missed or not received their orders from our site, the proof of this is that if this were the case Alert Pay would no longer let us do business with them.
