I purchased a Platinum TV Box on March 2, 2018. I tried all of their trouble shooting tips and still the box or remote control would not work. I put in a ticket for instructions for a complete refund. After three - four e-mail requests for the refund they finally sent me instructions to send everything back to the California address and stated I would receive a refund 3 to 5 business days after they verified everything was received.

I sent it on March 23, 2018 priority mail. I took photos of everything in the box since they made a point to tell me that everythinmg must be inside. They received it on March 26, 2018, at 1:58 pm. 15 days after the ticket was responded to from Tina Lee, and 12 days after the package was received by them, I still have not received my refund. I have been sending e-mails asking for the refund, with no answers from the company or Tina Lee.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I will contact BBB and if i have to the authorities.
