Signed up for Playonn TV's $20 Lifetime membership, thought it was a great deal. It never worked. We tried on more than one computer and it would play, reload, play reload, after 20-minutes it stopped. I tried a few days later, the same thing. I tried yesterday because as I now have Sling which is 100% better, I wanted to see if Playon had fixed these glitches. Tried to set it up and the videos don't even load, so frustrated, I emailed them and was told that they wouldn't give me my $20 back because I only had 30-days to get a refund. I'm sorry, the product says "Lifetime". I sent another email and asked for a manager who said it wasn't them, it was my PC. Trevor emailed me and said that: "Too much time has passed since your purchase for a refund to be possible." That was from Skip. Trevor told me, "Sinc e you purchased an account more than 7 months ago, we cannot offer a refund. To do so would require a request within the first 30 days of purchase. I went to their site to check and they are still advertising a "Lifetime" servcie that's now $49.99 and boasts "stream TV for as long as you like."
