Four months ago, I was in the exact same situation as you. I had decided to sell a Diablo 3 account through Player Auctions. I went through their website and jumped through all of their annoying hoops they claim are for the seller's "safety". A buyer is found for my account and delivery is made, suddenly the website says that my money will not be disbursed for 17 days instead of the 3 days that was quoted to be when I signed up to sell my account. Fast forward to 17 days later and the money does not arrive in my Paypal account.
I try for days to reach someone in customer service, their live chat function on their website is down for an additional week. I e-mailed them about my problem of having not gotten payment after 17 days and I get no response via e-mail. Finally on the 26th day after selling my account, their live chat system is up and running and I get a live operator in chat. He tells me that the payment is pending, but there is a problem with paypal and it's on my end. I contact paypal and inform them thay Player Auctions is trying to send me money, but there is a problem with my paypal. Paypal tells me there is no problems with my account, and even tests my account by sending me a few cents.
I get ahold of Player Auctions again, and now they are telling me that the buyer did not get the account delivered to him, and that he had filed a dispute against me for fraud. They tell me the investigation will take a week and to respond to all mediation e-mails which I do. After a week, I responded to all e-mails, the buyer responded to none. They side with the buyer and issue him a full refund and ownership of my account. Player Auctions is a horrible scam and rip off. They care nothing about people, they simply collect their fees in the way that is most profitable to them. Stay away from this company at all costs, it's not worth dealing with them.

I don't know who you are but this is NOT RESOLVED, PlayerAuctions has still yet to produce my account details login information that acutally works, they took my account information and gave it to a buyer who paid them for it, then they did not release my funds and they instead refunded the scammer, and I still cannot access my account and no account information has been given to me, they changed everything in the account, you cannot I repeat you cannot TRUST playerauctions and SELL accounts to them because they will scam you!!
