About 8 yeasr ago I purchased a LIFETIME license from playon. They continued to char5ge me and have ever since. I piad extra for a lifetime license and they have, over the year ccontinued to bill me even tho0ugh I have complained.

At this point I want to pursue a class action lawsuit because I can't be that unique.

Another scam they run is when you licinse expries, the only way to renew your license is to pay DOUBLE for another piece of software that expands some capabilities. I don't want that,  want to buy anothe ryear (even though I should not have to )

The bottom line is that this company, in my opinion is dishonest. Double-billing, contraining the shopping experinece to make sure they can charge double is the scope of my experience.

 

Beyond that, Please visit their web site and carefully note that there is no way -- other than email to contact these people. Obvioulsy, they don't want to hear from you, unless it is by email -- so if you have a problem, hurtry up and WAIT.
