Having met Pleasant "Pete" Lewis at the age of 14 and having married him, I know what went on for the first several years of his marriage to his first wife, from his divorce to marrying me on January 28th, 1980 something........  for those of you in la la land, let me say he is in no way innocent of his crimes against the public in general.  I was a young girl, and while influcenced heavily, paid a price for his so called lifestyle and mine.  He is everything mobster that anyone has complained about and do not fool yourselves,  he is a charmer and serial monogamist.  Take it that I am just as guilty as following his lead as a youing influenced teenager, and eventually I became and adult.  I had to testify to 3 federal grand juries and two trials concerning him.  He worked out a deal, as we all did.........so when it comes to people saying oh, how wonderful he is and how he could never do this or that....... I beg  you to differ when it comes to his priorities.  Although with his new wife Lilly and children, maybe he has had a wake up call, but in the meantime, he may still be a viciouis shark.  Make no mistakes about it.  I knew him way back when and I know very specifically how he got to where he is today.  Do not be fooled by that easy going public demeanor.  Maybe those of you posting that he is angelic is amazing, I hoope you never have to know the real man behind the public image.  

In regard to Pleasant Askew Lewis, please contact me, his second wife, Sharon.   I do have a story to tell for anyone who is interested.   

Ford, your ignorant and violent rant seems to reinforce my theory that you're not trying to be a concerned citizen and tell the public about a menace to society, but that you're just trying to bad mouth someone online for your own petty reasons.

Why don't you man up and go to the authorities and tell them about all of these alleged crimes? I'm no lawyer, but it seems like we're talking about multiple accounts of rape, bribery, fraud, obstruction of justice, and a host of other crimes. In fact, I'm sure it'll make the news if it's a legitimate case. So, post the link here to that news report when it happens and prove me wrong. Heck, you might even get a reward for getting such a heinous person locked up. But, until then, everyone's just going to see you as a little internet troll with anger management problems.

My name is Susan Adams, I am a 48 year old woman and manager for Pleasant Lewis, as well as consider him a cherished friend. Your slanderous attack of his character makes me feel very sorry for anyone that carries around such hate and misery.

Pleasant Lewis is a very respected, appreciated, dedicated business owner in our community that has gone above and beyond in his service to his members.

Obviously, we can not or will not get involved in anyone's personal issues o agendas unless it is deemed necessary.

I am more saddened that anyone whom has ever met his wife could possibly insinuate anything other than class, loyalty, inner beauty & sweetness.

To conclude, this personal attack you are so compelled to sahre, they could teach us all, obviously some need it more than others, what the true definition of character is.

If any of this was even remotely true, why wouldn't you contact the authorities? There's no specific examples of any of these alleged crimes or names/dates to go with them. This whole report just seems like some sort of pathetic revenge.
