I won a total of 1798.81 from plenty jackpots in march 2014. I sent all my documents in and called customer service 2 months later and was told they had upgraded their system to resend my withdrawal request in so I did. Well I have called their customer service numerous times and live chats only to be given the runaround. I have e-mailed and gotten ltx# saying they had received my complaint and reassured me they would be in touch via email within 24 hours, to no avail. Bottomline... Do not play plenty jackpots and expect to get any winnings what so ever, Jill from Birmingham, Alabama.
