Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

                            BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

These guys took $140,000 from one of my clients...$140,000 !!!

This client is the most prestigious high-end home builder in Colorado.  Like a FOOL I recommended this wretched organization PLG CAPITAL FUNDING GROUP LLC.

They took my client's $140,000 then, except for a FEW, FEW blanched, watery emails and phone calls...did I say just a meager FEW, FEW weak and empty of content phone calls?...PLG did NOTHING !

Had I not put forth beggings and pleadings to have PLG  let us in on some statement of status, I'd probably have never heard from them again.

We Started in February of 2014, PLG PROMISED we'd have a loan to review and hopefully close by MAY...NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL of substance followed.

In fact, we had to torment them with unanswered emails and calls and visits to their offices just to FINALLY force them to communicate.  Even then, they only did all but nothing about fulfilling their agreements to even see a potential loan; only the bare minimum so that they might be able to say so later on.

Until I put a negative post on YELP!, you would have thought we were a contagion to be avoided.  We BEGGED for some communication, kindly, gently, LOVINGLY, but it wasn't until we got angry on YELP! that they remembered their agreements.

And then, after their empty promises to make this happen...we got AGAIN a FEW,FEW communications and then...NOTHING BUT A SILENT F**K Y**.

They agreed to two conference calls with another of my clients, THE LARGEST FRANCHISED HOME BUILDER IN THE WORLD!!!, made a variety of assertions of how they would serve them, demanded what would have amounted to HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in deposits, then did NOTHING except ask me to sell these builders on sending PLG money.

One of these builders is a highly awarded and respected small franchisor in Falcon, CO.  PLG asked me to get this small business to send them  $120,000 !!!  Had I done so, there is no reason for me to believe that this small business would not  have been screwed under also.

My reputation has been BRUTALIZED and made into a JOKE with top, literally world-class executives and their staff, who represent one of the TOP BUILDERS IN THE WORLD, and in COLORADO. My marriage has been TORN APART and my BUSINESS, a business of REPUTATION, is all but outright ruined.

AND STILL THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE WHEN THEY CONDESCEND TO DO SO...THAT MEANS ALMOST NEVER...AND WHEN THEY DO IT IS NOTHING SHORT OF AN INSULT AS THEIR COMMUNICATIONS ARE VAPID, EVASIVE, EMPTY AND DEFLECTIVE, sometimes even a sarcastic joke, literally.  PLG got their $140,000... .

If it was your $140,000, would you laugh?

DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR HARD WORK, REPUTATION AND BUSINESS GO INTO A FILTHY CESSPOLL OF INDIFFFERENCE AND PRETENSE OF PERFORMANCE? ...then:  GIVE PLG A CALL, GIVE AWAY EVERYTHING YOU OWN AND MOVE INTO A GUTTER, 'cause that's where you'll be heading.

I wish to F*** I'd never heard of PLG.

They'll get ahold of some unsuspecting shills and have them post positive reviews...BEWARE OF THIS...find a lender who will care and help you...PLG will let you swing until you've choke out your last breath of hope.

Question About Roy since he has new company

Hi - I am just dealing with some of Roy's staff at Bank of West Indies and I have concerns due to just discovering these reports - Roy seems difficult to deal with and we are suppose to deposit into our own account $50k as we are monetizing an asset for a loan thru his new bank - We would really appreciate your feedback in confidence.

Many Thanks!

The REAL ADAM V SPEAKS

This is the rebuttal the REAL ADAM V submitted to refute a similar statement filed against my complaint on YELP!

I am Adam V of Colorado Springs and actually a party to this event.  The original Adam V. post (dated 9/24) here is a ghost -- I did not write it. The comments contained in the review are not accurate and are self-serving for the group who authored it.

If you choose to trust PLG, you do so at YOUR OWN RISK.

I have been ruined by them, I am not the only one.

THE POSTED REBUTTAL IS A FRAUD

Refer to my same review on YELP!

A similar, nearly identical Rebuttal was submitted to counter my review.

The Real "Adam V." refutes this, IN WRITING.

The CEO of PLG  purports to be a Born Again Christian.  I know Born Again Christians, they are nothing like this guy.

Deal with PLG at YOUR OWN RISK.

I would not be surprised if he were planning violence against me.

If I end up dead, look there first.

I am the client who paid the $140,000 to PLG

Yes I am the client who paid the $140,000 to PLG

I will make this quick

I was refered to PLG by Michael Winkler a broker, which we believed knew what he was doing. He prepared an executive summary which was inaccurate and filled with miss information concerning our transaction and financial position.

The package was submitted to PLG and they processed the loan based on miss information given to them by the broker. We were requesting a 100LTV on a development loan transaction and the fee was for processing and underwriting. When the process drew on. We decided to fly down to the offices of PLG to find out why it was taking so long and that was when we discovered that the information given to them was incorrect and darn near to fradulent.

After our meeting we decided not to work with this broker and fired him. We worked with PLG to come up with a new proposal based on the correct information.

PLG did make a formal offer to us, for up to 90% of the total costs to build. We were not happy with the terms of the offer and requested a refund of our processing and underwriting fee.

The matter is still in discussion.

We believe that the Broker, Mr Winkler is behaving in an unprofessional manner because he was fired / terminated..

PLG , had they received the proper information concerning our file may not have taken the transaction at all, and we blame the Broker Michael Winkler not PLG for the delays. All this broker can do is yell scream and use foul language. We will never do business with him again.
