Complaint Review: Polaris / EQM - New York City New York

This company is built on lies and cheating. A few of the workers are cool but any upper administration from the assistant managers to ELANA STEIN are purely in the business of using people for monitary gain. It takes somone with the distinct ablilty to look past any moral values they have when you work here.

The entry level position is only commision based cold calling small businesses and that's the only position they hire for. They say that there will be training and that there are so many people applying for the position, and they are very selective. Well let me be the first to tell you that this is one of many lies you are going to hear if you work here. THEY WILL TAKE ANYONE!!! The only reason so few people start, is because NO ONE WANTS THIS JOB!! People ditch in the middle of their second interview all the time! 

I know that a few of my former employees are reading this right now. What are you still doing there?!?! You guy's, this job is complete dog s**t. Do you reailze that we have weekly workshops on how to convince people to want the job? We also have regular workshops on how to hang out with your "guys" (aka people that started with you after a second interview) SO THAT THEY DON'T LEAVE?? Just take a second and think about that. Your business is the only business that has to practice those kinds of methods.

The managers are bullshit. ELANA you are a liar. You say that there is nothing that your employess are going through that you havent been through yourself, but everyone knows that you were given a base salary as a rep when you started with Adam Dorfman. You have no idea what it's like to walk out the door of the office and wonder if you are going to make any money that day. NO IDEA. She will tell you this isn't true but i heard it straight from one of her three assistant mangers it might have been one of the only true things they have ever said.

RAM DHARMARAJAN  is the next manager to run one of Elana's new branches, Ram is the perfect example of how the people that cheat; get ahead the fastest. Ram makes up accounts, makes up businesses, and does whatever else he can do with a company's phone number, address, or employees to get himself paid on an account. You can see it in his work and the people that he trains. I know this first hand, I was on his team. I watched him interrogate a customer over details regarding there order, because the customer came up as a "home" account or basically an account that Ram couldn't make money off of, and then I watched him finish the order without the customer's consent. If the customer doesn't want to sign, no big deal for Ram, he can handle that for them!! Whatever it takes to get the order done. Literally whatever.

 The funny part is, that Elana knows all this and looks the other way just so she can get an outside deal. Elana you really should take a long look at what the f*** kind of business you are running.
