We are so frustrated abe don't know what to do about this company. Polygroup manufactures pools for various chain stores across the country. We realize that we are only 1 family, but when you spend $300 on a pool that there no way for you to know that it has a defect until after it's filled and the defect becomes noticeable, then I feel that the company should replace the part that is defective. Polygroup makes junky poolS and their customer service dept is terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. I would love to see every chain store pull these pools off their shelves. This company does not deserve to have customers. $300 should last only 3 months and be told there is nothing they can do, but upsell you a replacement. Poor business!!
