I bought a summer excapes pool on april 3, 2012 from Walmart. I put the pool up and we used it only 3 days than the pump went out. It just stopped working. I called Walmart since I bought the extended warrenty. The warrenty replacement plan company told me that my product is coverered by poloygroup and I have to call them. I am not under the Walmart replacement plan until october 3, 2012.

So I called poloygroup and could not get ahold of them for 2 days. your on hold for HOURS before it tells you to call back again later. I finally get someone on the phone and he tells me to send them an email to them with my reciept, name, phone number and customer ID. This has been MONTHS and still no replacement pump or email or call from poloygroup company. I sent numorous emails.

I WILL NEVER BUY A SUMMER ESCAPE POOL OR ANYTHING FROM THE POLYGROUP AGAIN. I hope others read this and DO NOT get stuck with a pool that they CAN NOT USE. I live in FLORIDA and IT IS HOT HERE. WE NEED THE POOL PUMP TO WORK THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. SEND OUT THE REPLACEMENT PUMP. DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO AND HOLD UP TO YOUR END OF THE WARRENTY. I AM SORRY I EVEN BOUGHT THIS POOL. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK....GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. BIG RIPOFF.
