This Review is for : 2017- 11- 22 now. 

Sadly, I needed to re-edit my review. I used to order from Polymer clay express until now. I ordered over $772.00 dollars worth of clay converting it over to $1,000+ in the US. Keep that in mind, please. I thought I would give them a try, only to be let down and scammed. Normally, when I did order from them stuff was missing" I would message them and they would always brush it off. It wasn't " nothing too big until now" As I said I ordered a huge haul from Polymer Clay Express. I decided to support them " as I had Comic-Con coming up, and tradeshows. I messaged them ahead of time and placed my order. Now, everything was fine... Normally they would ask you for " shipping price payment" the day after you've purchased your order. ( I never got it) He messaged me saying " Hi' I'm Rob, you have nothing to worry about I'll take care of you" Since you're ordering over $700 dollars worth of clay.. you'll get extra blades and won't have to worry about nothing" I did ask about the shipping" he said he'll take care of my order" He told me that my order would be " 3 packages" Fast forward to my first package

First package summary

I did get a tracking number he said the 3 packages will be shipped" with TRACKING" but, he said " he would put the value of each box $45.00 this way I wouldn't have to pay for shipping cost/ import fees and I will have a detailed summary of my order. 

The first package came " It was a little light" He could of putting a lot more product into the first package. - Now I'm very well organized and kept a detailed book of messages, inventory stock and so on.... I was still missing a lot of clay, but again it was the first package. Each item I got was checked off. 2 weeks after he said he'll ship my next package... waiting for the tracking number"

Second package

2- 3 weeks went on after calling a couple times regarding my order" He shipped out my clay" with a tracking number" Finally got my 2oz blocks. The kicker was, I was honest I called up and explained that I had " the wrong color of blocks" That was mistake from a different color. He says " Oh" Sorry must have been mistaken for another color. Don't worry. I said I would ship them back if needed.( Keep this in mind this was over the phone, most of our chats were over the phone and Hotmail. He again said " I'll take care of you" I believed him" I told him I wanna make sure my clay got her in time for " Comic-Con," He said it will" Now, this is where the fraud begins...

the 3rd package I was supposed to get, a month before my Comic - Con. Expo show. He said he would message me my tracking number a week before the 2nd package... Weeks went on. I called him up " he didn't pick up" Kept calling the main number" Still nothing. After messaging him on countless times still nothing" Finally I used a different number he picks up" and says " polymer clay Express Rob speaking" I said Hi, Rob I have some questions regarding my order" I told him I was still waiting on the tracking number, and the clay I was missing" he was very unorganized and said" Can you send me the " list of clay" your missing? - I said sure" - Send him the email as we were talking, sent him 4 detail scans" After he said " We will get on it" we have clay being back ordered." Should be here in next week. So, I waited" after I called again, asking about my order" Again playing phone tag. 3 Weeks before my Comic-Con he Messages me saying oh " clays on back order" still waiting." I was like okay after the " 2 weeks that have past. Now, it's 2 weeks before my Comic Con- I gave them PLENTY of time ..

I message them saying I was worried about my shipping is it going to get here" He said " yea it will" and I said Okay because I need my order. Thanks and he hangs up the phone. Fast Forward" Now, it's After Comic- Com still no clay. I messaged them again, even called nothing. Again, same thing phone tagging as always. Calling him from my mother's phone " He picks up and I ask where my order was" He said oh I'm waiting on the last shipment of clay" I said. I waited for my clay haul of the last package to get here and still nothing after you said it should be here. He says " my daughter" had a baby," I said aww congrats. We chatted a little about that. Going on to the month of October now. I ordered this clay in June- July. and it's already October. Rob said He'll have my tracking number for me.

Waiting and messaging- Still waiting- He messages me again" Can you send me a copy of your order again" I did. I sent him again Everything I was missing. He said" Since there's a lot of clay left it's going to be shipped out in a bigger box" I said okay, and when will that be? He said waiting for the last shipment" But he already said that a couple of weeks ago if not months ago. I was getting worried, upset because of this " Bull" I wasn't able to attend a lot of my shows or get the product out. I paid and trusted Polymer Clay Express" Finally I kept calling them, pick up again" Polymer Clay Express, " I said Hi, Rob. I know what his voice sounds like.. anywho.. I told him where was my last shipment he said we just now got the shipment I'll message you tomorrow for a tracking number" I waited Almost a week later he says " sorry my Grandma was in the hospital" I was like okay... Gives me a tracking number" Now, normally we have to wait a couple of days for the tracking number to be recognized in the post office. Waiting a week.

still wasn't coming up. It says" the tracking number was vailed but the seller didn't send out the package yet, it was over a year old," Those weren't the case" I called my local post office even in the US" Oh, joy that was" They told me that The package/ tracking number I was calling about isn't in their system" of an item being shipped out" I then messaged Polymer Clay Express" Yet...NOTHING... over and over again. I called again, using my " cell phone" He answers" I told him about my order he said" waiting on shipment." and that his " Daughter" was in the hospital now. I was getting tired upset... and worried. Normally, people would have reported something like this.. but I thought I would give him a chance. After, I sent him a message in regards to my order, even screenshot proof that the tracking number is vailed but hasn't been shipped out. He said " Oh I'll check my local office" week and a half went on.. and I messaged him again.

He told me he would send me another package again asking for my clay list of the items I need/ was missing. I waited and waited it's for the month of November now. I message him asking where my order was, again no reply, I even called up nothing.... I kept calling he didn't pick up." Finally, He messages me saying I sent out ur package "no tracking" with extra blades as promised" Now if it was me" For the amount of call that was missing. I would make sure I have tracking my packages..." Just saying. Anywho, I said okay. Normally the shipping takes about 2 weeks sometimes 2- weeks and 3 days.. again.. nothing... I message him about my order again nothing. I even call. This time using the " house phone" He picks up" Polymer Clay Express" Hi, is Rob there" " Nope he isn't" But it was his voice." At this point, I was tired of the bullcrap and contacted a lawyer in which I said to Rob" I told him my order hasn't been shipped out and its been MONTHS. I've been messaging and calling and yet kept getting the roundabout. I told him I was pissed" and he said oh," He said hang on" all the orders that ad to be out... are shipped" or waiting," I said funny because I wouldn't be calling if I didn't have MY PACKAGE. He said hang on" took my number and after a " day" Rob" said " Oh, sorry I wasn't able to answer your call. That was a lie right there.

After calling and messaging him" asking where my order was. he sends me a screenshot that I sent him. I told him I called up asking about my shipment " told him again you didn't ship my order and asked to show PROOF of the 2 receipts that he sent out my package" both times" for supposedly a lost package and one with non- tracking- I said the dates should say November- with my postal info" 

and yet nothing. I wouldn't recommend working with polymer clay express at all. Never again, nothing but a fraud business, not only did you scam me but now.. you took money from me and from my business. I wish I can give you - 0 stars but I can't. I trusted you and I hope people read this so, they to don't get scammed by you. I forgot to write" He said he now I have to pay for shipping, 59.00 after it was " $45.00" and he only wants to give me $116 dollars back" but my product that I order is 200+. I didn't ask for a refund I just want my product THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. 

After sending them my last message regarding my order their reply was "

do what you want to do...there are consequences for your words and actions.

Hmm, Funny right?  Seems like they're scared why because I'm not putting up with their BULLCRAP! 

I hope someone reads this...

Dear Rob,

It only took you a full year to respond. This isn't just me but others had a bad experience with you as well.  I did contact my bank YOU NEVER sent me back the money. On top of that, the product was way more than the original value. Getting my order mixed up with different " clay" messaging you over and over again, after replying with " can we have a exact list" not once but more than 2 times is pretty sad.  For a HUGE ORDER like this, you should have been on top of everything but fail to do so.  

Your right anyone can sit in front of a computer and write reviews, but mine are truthful and dealing with you was just a waste of  TIME AND HARD MONEY.  I wasn't the only one who had SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE with you as well. There have been others with the same BULLCRAP. The fact is Rob you lied and got caught. Now it's catching up. I just hope that no one else gets ripped off from you the way I did. 

I will never ever! be working with you again!!!

Where to begin---having been in business for 20 years and processing over 150,000 orders, we make every attempt to complete and satisfy a customer's order.  Rarely do we ever have a person that regardless of what is done to correct the situation, they remain dissatisfied.  Nicole's description of the situation is at best a rant.  She says that we scammed her, that we committed fraud----as I indicated in a response, be careful what you say for there are consequenses for not being accurate and truthful.  Yes--we received an order for $772. We do offer discounts for such large orders.  Yes--we sent 3 packages for delivery----2 of which were delivered, and clearly noted as to which items were backordered.

A third package was sent to complete the order----the package was lost by the postal service---the value of which we claimed was only $45 to prevent Nicole in paying import fees by Canada---the package had over $250 in ordered product.  We then had to wait backordered product by the manufacturer---thereby delaying delivery.  So we lost over $200 on the failed delivery.

I decided to refund Nicole for the amount of clay not delivered--which was approximately $250----so she was not scammed or a victim of fraud.

As indicated, we have thousands of repeating customers who sing our praises for quality products at competitive prices with responsive service.

We also realize that it is easy for someone to hide behind their computer and write falsehoods about companies with no consequense. Human, we are, and mistakes do happen that have been addressed and corrected

I do hope Nicole finds success with her work---unfortunately she will have to find another vendor in that venture
