My belongings were held hostage for a month. The drivers were coming from Atlanta, and we were told they would be there on the 28th. Mid day the drivers, Darius and Tavares, called to say they were stuck in traffic and there were "Dead bodies everywhere" After asking their location, I looked up the Live Highway Cameras, surprise! No accident! They kept calling me back - was I SURE I wanted them to come today? Well, yes I did, I had been sleeping on the floor and didn't have my belongings for a month! They finally arrived at 2 am, and immediately became beligerent. They demanded extra money for a "late night delivery" charge. When Tavares threatened to "F- me up" the police were called. This company is that ugly. Ultimately, they refused to deliver my belongings and it took negotiations through police to get them to deliver the next day. It had been pouring rain, and they refused to deliver into my apartment; instead, they threw everything into the wet grass. I felt like a hurricane survivor going through my belongings, which were all broken. Sturdy pieces of furniture were broken - it was quite obviously intentional. I had missing boxes, broken furniture, wet crushed belongings - and the company offered me a measly $100. Whatever you do - NEVER USE PONY XPRESS VAN LINES! THEY ARE HEARTLESS THEIVES.
